St. Clair, IL: The Return of "Ice Mike" is the third episode of Season Three of Beyond Scared Straight.
Synopsis[]
Troubled teens that attend the St. Clair County Jail diversion program take a lie detector test that reveals some shocking secrets. Inmates “Ice Mike” and “Hustle Man” return (from last season) to confront a BMX-riding stoner, a fearless gangster, a terrorizing bully, and Summer – a promiscuous under age girl who just doesn’t say no to older boys – and her paralyzed mom can’t stop her. Summer experiences the humiliation of jailhouse make-up and a powerful lecture from Ice Mike. Summer freaks out when she sees an inmate strapped into a restraint chair, and going wild. Pot-smoking Austin, 15, discovers an inmate who dipped his hands into boiling oil while high on drugs. Jeremy, 17, is tormented by inmates when they learn he assaulted his grandmother. An entire cell block descends on the four teens – and they have nowhere to hide.

After the program, Jeremy has stopped abusing his grandmother but got into a bloody fight with his uncle. He ripped all of his sisters braids out and fought her. He is still violent towards his little brother and threatens to kill him. As a result, his sister hates and his little brother has went to go live with a friend. Jeremy's grandmother plans to kicked him out when he turns 18.
Da'briyon[]
Da'briyon has stopped robbing people and has applied for a small fast-food joint. Unfortunately, he continues to gangbang, smoke and fight.
Upon closer research, he became a father of two little girls.
Summer[]
After the tour, Summer did a complete 180. Rather than having sex, fighting, partying and smoking weed, she now does good in school and helps her paralyzed mother. She credits Ice Mike for giving her the rude-awakening that she needed.
As an adult, Summer works two jobs (a CNA and Tattoo artist) and still credits Ice Mike for helping her. In 2022, she did an interview about her time on Beyond Scared Straight.
Austin[]
After the jail tour, Austin initially behaved himself and stopped smoking pot and arguing with his mom. Because of this, he got a dirt bike. Unfortunately, he went back to arguing with his mom and has started drinking alcohol until he gets drunk.
